By using Tile Tile, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Tile Tile is published by Ahmet Kamer.

Purpose

Tile Tile is a habit tracking and productivity app. It is not a medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice service.

Subscriptions and purchases

Tile Tile may offer optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases. Payment is charged through the App Store. Subscription renewal, cancellation, billing, and refund handling are managed by Apple under your Apple ID settings and Apple’s terms.

• Subscription periods and prices are shown in the app and on the App Store product page at purchase time.
• There is no free trial for current Tile Tile Pro plans unless Apple’s product page explicitly states otherwise for a specific offer.
• You can restore purchases from the app’s paywall or Settings.

Premium features

Premium features may include unlimited active habits, full history, additional reminders, advanced insights, widgets, and export options. Available features may change over time. Active subscribers retain access to the premium feature set available in the app version they are using unless platform, legal, or technical constraints require changes.

Local data

Tile Tile stores habit data locally on your device. If you delete the app or reset your device without exporting your data, your data may be lost. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device resets, uninstalls, or failed backups you manage yourself.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer or bypass paid features unlawfully, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

Tile Tile is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on your habit tracking data, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
